Dr. Isaac Kankam-Boadu is a development-oriented Agronomist with a PhD in Agronomy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi and dual Masters degrees in Project Planning and Management, and Agronomy from the University of Bradford, UK and KNUST - Ghana, respectively. He has nearly 20 years of experience in Agriculture and Food security, rural development, and livelihoods improvement programme implementation in Ghana and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Since 2010, Dr. Kankam-Boadu has managed several development projects funded by USAID, USDA, the EU, AGRA and DANIDA in both Ghana and DR Congo, including; USAID/FFP – FFP-funded food Assistance for Ebola-Affected and Food Insecure Populations of Beni and Lubero (FABELU) in North Kivu of DR Congo, USDA-funded “Assist in the Management of Poultry and Layer Industries with Feed Improvement and Efficiency Strategies” (AMPLIFIES) Ghana Project, Integrated Agricultural Productivity Improvement and Marketing Project (INTAPIMP) funded by AGRA and DANIDA, and Northern Ghana Food Security and Resilience Project (NGFSRP) funded by the EU. He also worked on the Title II Food Security Project funded by USAID and the Millennium Villages Project (MVP) funded by the Millennium Promise as Project Officer and Agriculture and Environment Coordinator, respectively.
Dr. Kankam-Boadu has consulted for the World Bank / International Finance Corporation (IFC), Agence Francaise de Developpement (AFD) / International Projekt Consult (IPC), and the United Nations Office Project Services (UNOPS) / SADA MVP Project on various assignments. He is experienced in multi-stakeholder engagement and managing partnerships to ensure the achievement of goals.
Mr Samuel Justice Abbey, a Chartered Accountant joined the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) in 1991 as a Project Accountant in 1996. Rising through the ranks, he became the Senior Accountant, Finance Director, Financial Controller of Contracts Projects, the Director of Economic Development, and presently the Programs Director. His qualifications include financial and project management specialist with over twenty years of experience in Program/Grant financial management, audit and financial reporting. Extensive experience in project budgeting, financial management and monitoring, financial reporting by standards and regulations of donor-funded development projects in Sub-Saharan Africa, directing financial operations in contract projects awarded by Millennium Development Authority in Ghana (Funded by MCC, USA) and Export Development, Agricultural and Industrial Fund now Ghana EXIM Bank in micro-lending and financial services rendered to economically active but poor clients operating in commercial and agricultural sectors of the Ghanaian economy procedures and field financial supervision and review in Agriculture/ Food Security, Health, Livelihoods, Water, Sanitation and HIV/AIDS projects funded by USAID and USDA.

Mr. Isaac Edmond Vanderpuye is an agriculturist with 20 years of experience at ADRA Ghana in plantation crop management, livestock production, and black soldier fly production. He also coordinates and implements training for farmers in climate-smart vegetable production. His current role is coordinating and monitoring farm activities, including the sustainable livelihoods of farmers. His impressive and proven track record includes coordinating diverse donor-funded interventions such as the ADRA International Shapes Project, the ADRA International Heal and Nurture Project, the ADRA Netherlands Project, the SID and Mary Foulger Project, the UNHCR Project, and the ADRA AFRO Climate Smart and Vegetable Production Project. These are testaments to his growth potential.

Ms. Patricia Agyei is a Social Development Professional with more
than 22 years of proven experience in networking with cross-sector
partners, coordinating community-integrated and emergency response
and recovery programs, designing and planning for donor-funded
projects, developing and implementing effective tools and methodologies
for monitoring project progress. She applies Leadership, Management,
and implementation science to mitigate various health and social
challenges. Patricia’s expertise spans Project Management, Gender,
Public Health, Capacity Enhancement, Advocacy, and capturing and
tracking project data to provide valuable information for decision-making and steering processes.
She has acquired knowledge and experience working on bilateral and multi-lateral funded projects
such as USAID, USDA, UNFPA/UNDP, GIZ, and the Global Fund, among others. Adept at ensuring
the availability of necessary data for reporting and communication. Currently, Ms. Agyei works as
a Manager with the Programs unit of ADRA Ghana and plays diverse roles in serving humanity so all
may live as God intended. She possesses strong teamwork skills, attentive to detail, and is
committed to results-oriented programming.
